External Specification
Wall
The walls are manufactured from 1.6mm profiled steel. Corner posts are manufactured from 3mm folded mild steel, twistlock plates to top and bottom with lifting points incorporated into ISO type casting blocks for ease of stacking and transportation.
Roof
The roof is manufactured from 1.6mm profiled mild steel panel, welded to 50mm x 50mm x 8mm steel angle perimeter rail and fully welded to walls and is pre-bowed to assist the shredding of water.
Floor
The floor is manufactured from 90mm x 50mm steel channel bearers at 405mm centres, welded to 100mm x 50mm side rails. The interior floor of 15mm 7- ply is fixed to channel bearers.
Door
The 2mm steel frame and door skin is reinforced with 4mm steel skeleton and insulated with polyurethane. Key operated, multi-locking with 9no. internal bolts and euro cylinder lock, painted as per the unit.
Windows
Double glazed 915mm x 915mm sliding windows protected by heavy duty steel security shutters that fasten internally with heavy duty spring loaded shoot bolts top and bottom. Rubber bungs fixed to outer panel to lock shutters in open position.
Jacklegs
Units are available with or without fixed or de-mountable jacklegs.
Finish
All units are finished externally using container paint one coat primer finish semi gloss C5000 resistant to wear, impact, salt water, mineral oil, splashes of aliphatic solvents, animal and vegetable oils, 80 DFT. Colour and underside finish is optional.
Internal Specification
Wall Finish
The walls and ceiling are studded at 600mm centres with 75mm x 50mm kiln-dried CLS timber. You will have a choice of either ECO 6mm plasterboard or 4mm EGB2006 ply wall panels, jointed with White plastic H-section strips. Sheets are pinned to the studding with White plastic pins in the centre of wall boards. The ceilings are lined as the walls but using White vinyl faced ECO 6mm plasterboard or 4mm mono White wallboard. White plastic is used for skirting, ceiling, wall and door trims
Floor
The flooring is made from 15mm ply covered with 1.5mm PU coated heavy-duty vinyl firmly bonded with hot-welded joints.
Insulation
Insulation comprises of 50mm mineral fibre Dry-Therm (Both walls & ceiling).
Electrics
All electrics are installed to 17th edition IEE Regulations using surface mounted trunking to enable ease of access. Suitable sized consumer unit with RCD and MCB protection.
